The best definition of detoxification is the internal cleaning of blood. Its simple  and general. Its cleaning that normally occurs in the liver of any living organism. The body does this naturally to neutralize, transform to get rid of unwanted materials or toxins. Most of the molecules made by our bodies everyday are for getting rid of waste products.
