Women have been shown as a weaker gender since forever, that's why people have more understanding toward them. They believe that both men and women should be equal. When it comes to paychecks, obligations, choices, rights, etc. A woman has a right to choose. Whether she wants to be a mother or not. Whether she wants to get married or not. Whether she wants to have multiple partner or none. If a woman says no, that should be heard as no, because many men tend to hear it as yes.
