I need help with this, I am confused so please explain to me.

Absolute values are more simple than you may think. Absolute values are just the distance that number is from zero. This means that your answer will always be positive.

So for - | - 7 3/5 |, your answer is - 7 3/5 because | - 7 3/5 | is just 7 3/5. But there is a negative on the outside which basically tells you to multiply whatever your answer is by - 1.

I believe the answer is 7% but it says round to the nearest tenth of a percent so I am not sure if it is a decimal answer or not
