To divide fractions, you have to keep, change, flip.

$Keep\ \frac{15}{1} \\ Change\ \div to \times \\ Flip \frac{1}{4} = \frac{4}{1}$

It becomes: $\frac{15}{1} \times \frac{4}{1} = \frac{60}{1} \rightarrow 60$

23) Circles measure 360°. 50° is left. Subtract 50 from 360 and make a fraction, using the difference as a numerator, and 360 as the denominator.

$360 - 60 = 300$

The fraction becomes:

$\frac{300 \div 30}{360 \div 30} = \frac{10 \div 2}{12 \div 2} = \frac{5}{6}$
