Assuming you mean \frac{9}{x^2-9}- \frac{6}{x^2-81}

we need to make denomeoator the same
multiply left fraction by \frac{x^2-81}{x^2-81} and right fraction by \frac{x^2-9}{x^2-9}

we get
\frac{9(x^2-81)}{(x^2-81)(x^2-9)}- \frac{6(x^2-9)}{(x^2-9)(x^2-81)}
add
\frac{9(x^2-81)-6(x^2-9)}{(x^2-81)(x^2-9)}
expand top
\frac{9x^2-729-6x^2+54}{(x^2-81)(x^2-9)}
simplfiy
\frac{3x^2-675}{(x^2-81)(x^2-9)}
