How might cardiorespiratory exercise affect hypertension

Health
1 answer:

Hypertension is high blood pressure, cardio-respiratory fitness is the process of the circulatory and respiratory system use to supply oxygen to the body so the body could sustain during physical activity. Based on my research because of how much blood the heart pumps it could caused high blood pressure because the blood rises up against your artery walls which could cause long term diseases. Now when your doing physical exercise your heart will pump blood faster because that's how you get the oxygen throughout your body. To sum up, "cardio-respiratory exercise can cause hypertension (high blood pressure) because when your doing exercise it will increase your heart rate and the blood could be pushed against your artery walls and cause hypertension."

Hope this helps!

<span>"In group settings, swings are considered to be unsafe for preschool children."

Swings are only considered appropriate for this age range (</span>pre-school children, 2-5 years) when they are a<span> full bucket seat. This may prevent from other kids to push the swing and cause the kid that's swinging to fall and get injured. These considerations are mostly important when in group settings, but if closely supervised by an adult, a child in this age range may swing on other swings.</span><span>
