Answer:

Some advantages of strength exercise are:

bone remodeling, reduced fat mass, maintenance of bone tissue, slows down muscle atrophy of aging; increased lean mass during aging; Assists in maintaining the force; Maintenance of neural and peripheral and central components; among others.

Explanation:

Strength training is the most suitable for bone remodeling. Weight trainers may have a medical bone mineral density 40% higher than sedentary people. The focus of reaching submaximal or maximum strength and developing strong muscles in a strength training program depends on each person's age and situation.

One of the benefits of strength training, too, is reduced fat mass for increased lean mass - which can be complemented by an aerobic (cardiorespiratory health) training program and diet.

In addition to these benefits, we can mention: bone remodeling, reduced fat mass, maintenance of bone tissue, slows down muscle atrophy of aging; increased lean mass during aging; Assists in maintaining the force; Maintenance of neural and peripheral and central components; among others.

You gain muscular strength, and you tighten your body which can lead to a healthy strong body. But if you work out to much you could really hurt your body and leave yourself with cramps and tight muscles.

Hope this helps! :)
