In order to solve this this problem, you first need to know the formula of a triangle which is b×h/2 (First measure the bottom of the triangle and find how long that is and then measure the height of the triangle and do the same thing. Then multiply both of those measurements together and with your answer divide it by two.) And of course your answer should be a decimal, so if you need help with entering your answer as a decimal or rounding to the nearest tenth or any other problem that I can hopefully answer, you can send me a message on brainy. Good luck!
(I put a picture of an example of how to find the area of a triangle) Click on the image to enlarge just in case you can not see the whole picture.

g100num [7]

Mrs Kennedy is buying pencils for 315 students.

The pencils are sold in boxes of 10.

Therefore the number of pencils she needs to buy should be a multiple of 10, so that she can buy boxes of 10 pencils each.

number of students are 315 but 315 is not a multiple of 10

so we have to round off 315 to the nearest ten, that's 320.

so then she has to buy 320 pencils

number of boxes she needs - 320 / 10 = 32 boxes of pencils

she only needs pencils for 315 students so she will have 5 extra pencils

she will have to buy 32 boxes

expeople1 [14]

Answer:

CF

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

An angle bisector is a line that divide an angle into two equal angles.

In this problem

m\angle ACF=m\angle FCD ---> given problem

m\angle ACD=m\angle ACF+m\angle FCD ---> by addition angle postulate

so

CF is an angle bisector of angle m\angle ACD

Answer:

The elevator stops on the 19th floor.

Step-by-step explanation:

On the 16th floor, goes up 12 floors:

On the 28th floor, goes down 7 floors:

28 - 7 = 21

On the 21st floor, does up 3 floors:

21 + 3 = 24

On the 24th floor, goes down 5 floors:
