Christianity is a religion you can either be raised into it or you can choose to be one. Drug addicts choose to take, smoke, inject drugs because it either "eases the pain" or it "makes you forget", whatever reasons.
But I'm not sure if this answers your question exactly....

In a circus act, a 70 kg clown is shot from a cannon with an initial velocity of 17 m/s at some unknown angle above the horizont
EleoNora [17]

Answer:

K_{2}=7302.4J

Explanation:

Given the initial velocity of the clown, his mass and final height we can calculate the final kinetic energy using the <em><u>conservation of total mechanical energy</u></em>

K_{1}+U_{1}=K_{2}+U_{2}

K_{2}=K_{1}+U_{1}-U_{2}

K_{2}=\frac{1}{2}mv_{1}^{2}+mgh_{1}-mgh_{2}

Since h_{1}=0

K_{2}=\frac{1}{2}mv_{1}^{2}-mgh_{2}

K_{2}=\frac{1}{2}(70kg)(17m/s)^2-(70kg)(9.8m/s^2)(4.1m)=7302.4J

K_{2}=7302.4J

The amino and carboxyl functional groups tend to form bases and acids by attracting or droppingA) an electron.B) a neutron.C) a
statuscvo [17]

Explanation:

When a substance or chemical specie accepts a proton then an acid is formed. Whereas is a substance or chemical specie tends to lose a proton then a base is formed.

Chemical formula of amino group is -NH_{2} and it is able to lose a proton to form R-NH-R'. When it tends to gain a proton the it form R-NH_{3} compound.

Chemical formula of carboxylic group is -COOH. When it loses a proton it forms -COO^{-} ion and whenit gains an electron then it forms -O-C-OH_{2}.

Therefore, we can conclude that the amino and carboxyl functional groups tend to form bases and acids by attracting or dropping a proton.

Estimate the acceleration you subject yourself to if you walk into a brick wall at normal walking speed. (Make a reasonable esti
xenn [34]

Answer:

From certain assumptions that the walking speed is 2 m/s, and the stop time is 0.1 s the acceleration would be -20 m/s

Explanation:

Using the average acceleration formula:

a=\frac{\Delta v}{\Delta t} where \Delta v and \Delta t are the changes in the speed and time respectively.

We have by assuming that the walking speed is 2 m/s and the stop time is 0.1s which is equal to the change in time during the stopping.

\Delta v=v_f-v_i=0-2 m/s=-2 m/s, where v_i,v_f are the initial speed and final speed respectively, and \Delta t=0.1 s

Plugging the previous in the average acceleration formula we get

a=\frac{-2}{0.1}=-20\, m/s where the minus sign indicates an acceleration in the opposite direction of the motion (or in other word opposite to the speed's direction).
