Infer Describe the gifts that Mr. Pirzada gives Lilia and how Lilia cares for these gifts. Why might she feel she should not eat
Anna007 [38]

In "When Mr. Pirzada Came to Dine" by Jhumpa Lahiri, Mr. Pirzada gives Lilia candy every time he visits her and her family, and Lilia keeps the candy in a special sandalwood box that once belonged to her grandmother. To Lilia, the candy symbolized Mr. Pirzada's hope that his family was okay, and she saved and ate the candies in a manner of prayer because she had faith that his family was safe and being taken care of.

What is revealed about the Chorus in this excerpt from the prologue of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet? CHORUS: Two households, b
Elanso [62]

Answer:

 • The chorus describes two noble households (called “houses”) in the city of Verona.

Explanation:

The houses hold an "old resentment" against one another that remaining parts a wellspring of savage and bleeding struggle. The Chorus expresses that from these two houses, two "star-crossed" sweethearts will show up. These darlings will patch the squabble between their families by passing on. The narrative of these two darlings, and of the horrible hardship between their families, will be the theme of this play.

5.Mrs. Stevenson cannot be heard by the other callers, and she slowly realizes that she is hearing something she obviously was n
Evgesh-ka [11]

This question is about "Sorry, wrong number"

Answer:

The part of the text that makes it clear that you called Mrs. Stevenson is planning a crime is written in the line "she is hearing something she obviously was not intended to hear". That sentence is also capable of creating suspense about what Mrs. Stevenson is going to do with that information and whether the crime is really going to happen. This attracts the reader.

Explanation:

Mrs. Stevenson overhears a call that is reporting a murder plan. When she hears this, she realizes that she is in the middle of planning a crime and needs to do something about it, but even if she wants to tell someone, no one answers when she calls and when they do, she doesn't believe her narrative and they don't do anything about it. .

This creates a strong suspense tone and a claustrophobic feeling as the reader is apprehensive about what can happen and how it will happen.

How are an archetype and a cliché different?
Irina-Kira [14]
It's not a matter of coming up with a twist and otherwise appropriating a previously created world. That's when projects fall into cliche. The way you use archetype is by telling the familiar arc in an entirely new world with its own rules, with unique characters, and in a unique style. That what I found about it.
