According to the trichromatic theory of color vision, also known as the Young-Helmholtz theory of color vision, there are three receptors in the retina that are responsible for the perception of color. One receptor is sensitive to the color green, another to the color blue and a third to the color red.

Hope this helps.

Answer:

According to the trichromatic theory of color vision there are three receptors in retina which are responsible for color vision perception.

Explanation:

There are three type of receptors which are present in the retina which are responsible for the perception of color this theory is known as trichromatic theory of color vision. It is also known as Young- Helmholtz theory.

In these three receptors one is sensitive to blue color, another to the green color and third one is to the red color. And the combination of these three colors will give the vision of all the colors.

Researchers had been suggest that the one can view millions of color by these three combination. And in these blue is more sensitive and the red is less sensitive.

The radius of curvature is smaller at the top than on the sides so that the downward centripetal acceleration at the top will be
kap26 [50]

Answer:

v = 14.86 m/s

Explanation:

As we know that the force equation at the top is given as

\frac{mv^2}{R} = ma

now we know that

a_c = 1.5 g

so we have

\frac{v^2}{R} = 1.5 g

v = \sqrt{1.5 Rg}

so we will have

v = \sqrt{1.5(15)(9.81)}

v = 14.86 m/s

Which property helps to explain differences in the specific heat capacities of
tatyana61 [14]

Answer:

D. Forces between molecules

Explanation:

Specific heat capacity of water can be defined as the amount of heat a gram of water must lose or absorb in order to change its temperature by a degree Celsius. It is measured in Joules per kilogram per degree Celsius (J/kg°C). Generally, the specific heat capacity of water is 4.182J/kg°C and is the highest among liquids.

Mathematically, the specific heat capacity of a substance is given by the formula;

c = \frac {Q}{mdt}

Where;

Q represents the heat capacity or quantity of heat.

m represents the mass of an object.

c represents the specific heat capacity of water.

dt represents the change in temperature.

Cohesion is a property of water and it typically refers to the attraction between molecules of water which holds them together.

In Science, the property which helps to explain differences in the specific heat capacities of two substances is the forces between molecules.

This ultimately implies that, the more closely bonded the atoms of a substance are, the higher or greater would be the substance's specific heat capacity. Thus, it varies for the various states of matter i.e solid, liquid and gas.

Answer:

The options for this question are:

A) buying time spots for

B) purchasing network time for

C) creating infomercials for

D) sponsoring

E) advertising

The correct answer is D) sponsoring .

Explanation:

Sponsorship is an advertising strategy that consists of an organization (sponsor) committing to provide financing to a third party (sponsored) in exchange for the presentation of its brand or product.

The sponsorship consists of an agreement or agreement between two people (legal or physical) in which, one of the parties called sponsor, will deliver a consideration (monetary or material) to another sponsored call, so that the latter exposes its brand or product publicly.

Sponsorship Objective

Sponsorship is a subtle form of advertising where the company seeks that customers associate their brand with an activity or person that represents values or qualities that attract their customers. These activities or people are usually outside the scope of the normal activity of the company, for example: a prestigious event, an admired athlete or the celebration of a relevant event, etc.

The ultimate goal of sponsorship is to attract customers and increase sales.

A model rocket fired vertically from the ground ascends with a constant vertical acceleration of 52.7 m/s2 for 1.41 s. its fuel
olya-2409 [2.1K]
For rectilinear motions, derived formulas all based on Newton's laws of motion are formulated. The equation for acceleration is

a = (v2-v1)/t, where v2 and v1 is the final and initial velocity of the rocket. We know that at the end of 1.41 s, the rocket comes to a stop. So, v2=0. Then, we can determine v1.

-52.7 = (0-v1)/1.41
v1 = 74.31 m/s

We can use v1 for the formula of the maximum height attained by an object thrown upwards:

Hmax = v1^2/2g = (74.31^2)/(2*9.81) = 281.42 m

The maximum height attained by the model rocket is 281.42 m.

For the amount of time for the whole flight of the model rocket, there are 3 sections to this: time at constant acceleration, time when it lost fuel and reached its maximum height and the time for the free fall.

Time at constant acceleration is given to be 1.41 s. Time when it lost fuel covers the difference of the maximum height and the distance travelled at constant acceleration.

2ax=v2^2-v1^2
2(-52.7)(x) = 0^2-74.31^2
x =52.4 m (distance it covered at constant acceleration)
Then. when it travels upwards only by a force of gravity,
d = v1(t) + 1/2*a*t^2
281.42-52.386 = (0)^2+1/2*(9.81)(t^2)
t = 6.83 s (time when it lost fuel and reached its maximum height)

Lastly, for free falling objects, the equation is
t = √2y/g = √2(281.42)/9.81 = 7.57 s

Therefore, the total time= 1.41+6.83+7.57 = 15.81 s
