Answer:

Explained below

Explanation:

United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948 to protect an overpowering state violating Human rights in the era of rapid globalization.

Its major objective is to safeguard the dignity of every individual against torture on both human and the surrounding environment. The vulnerable groups are given protection on equality grounds in front of International laws. UN has a strong resolution to protect people from discrimination based on skin color, gender, ethnicity and sexual orientation.

However, there are many loopholes in proper implementation of these rights in sync with economic development. Global economy falls short in providing for poor countries and its citizens. There is a huge increment in trade, finance, and technology all around the globe. It has led to human trafficking especially of women, child abuse as well as huge degradation of environment ( loss of flora and fauna). The Economic aspect of globalization needs to realize the importance of environment and human life protection.

What are the main economic differences between the northern states and the southern states prior to the Civil war?
Vikki [24]
The population of the Northern states was more than twice that of the Southern states. Despite the fact that many people, in both the Northern and Southern states, worked on farms during the time before the Civil War, the Northern become both more industrialized and more urbanized, while plantation agriculture remained the focus in the South. The industrial transformation which took place in the North caused the two territories’ economies to develop very differently. Transportation improved via railroad development and manufacturing exploded in the North, making it attractive to opportunity seekers looking for improved wages in the North and West states. The cities in the areas offering manufacturing jobs experienced major population growth which triggered extensive housing and urban development, and provided an economic environment conducive to the establishment of a middle-class made up of skilled and white-collar workers.

Personal confidence starts with recognizing personal flaws and accepting those which you cannot change. Since self-reflection is
Hatshy [7]

Answer: 360 degrees feedback mechanism

Explanation: It is often difficult to see exactly your own flaws. Knowing our own flaws is important to distinguish which flaws we can change and which ones we don't, and thus accept them, which increases our confidence. And in the assessment of our own flaws we can go wrong, so it is best if we seek feedback from the environment. The best is the so-called 360 degree feedback. It's feedback where we collect information about ourselves from colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates, family, friends, and include our own assessment of our flaws. But also all those who are in daily contact with us, which is because of work or other needs, that is, all those who cooperate with us daily and can evaluate what shortcomings we have. So we've collected feedback from literally the whole environment, the entire 360 degree circle, and so we can best evaluate our own flaws by taking feedback information from all sides. One of the sides can also give a bit more subjectivity, not to say the wrong feedback, and the overall impression made up of feedback from all sides is the best. That's why this feedback is also called multiple source feedback.
