For 2/5 the denominator is 5 remember the bottom number is always the denominator and the top number is always the numerator.

For 1/10 the denominator is 10.

The bigger fraction is 2/5

Find f'(x) and simplify!
Ede4ka [16]
\bf f(x)=\cfrac{sin(x)}{x^2}\implies \cfrac{dy}{dx}=\cfrac{x^2cos(x)-2xsin(x)}{(x^2)^2}
\\\\\\
\cfrac{dy}{dx}=\cfrac{x[xcos(x)-2sin(x)]}{x^4}\implies \cfrac{dy}{dx}=\cfrac{xcos(x)-2sin(x)}{x^3}
\\\\
-----------------------------\\\\

\bf f(x)=(3x^2+2x-1)^4\implies \cfrac{dy}{dx}=4(3x^2+2x-1)^3(6x+2)
\\\\
-----------------------------\\\\
f(x)=\left( \cfrac{x-5}{2x+1} \right)^2\implies \cfrac{dy}{dx}=2\left( \cfrac{x-5}{2x+1} \right)\left[ \cfrac{2x+1-2(x-5)}{(2x-1)^2} \right]
\\\\\\
\cfrac{dy}{dx}=2\left( \cfrac{x-5}{2x+1} \right)\left[ \cfrac{11}{(2x-1)^2} \right]

I don't understand proportional relationship can u help?
Reptile [31]

Answer: I’ll explain it in simpler terms for you. A proportional relationship is one in which two quantities vary directly with each other. Ratios are proportional if they represent the same relationship. One way to see if two ratios are proportional is to write them as fractions and then reduce them. If the reduced fractions are the same, your ratios are proportional. An example of a proportional relationship is simple interest, tax, markups and markdowns, gratuities and commissions, fees, percent increase and decrease, percent error. Hope this helps! :D

Consider independently rolling two fair dice, one red and the other green. Let A be the event that the red die shows 3 dots, B b
max2010maxim [7]

Answer:

A & B are independent events. A & C, B & C are not independent events.

Step-by-step explanation:

Independent Events are the events, whose occurrences are completely unrelated to each other.

Event A 'Red dice getting 3' & Event B 'Green die getting 4' ; are unrelated to each other. The numbers on red dice & on green dice are not dependent on each other.

Event C 'Red & Green dice numbers showing sum = 7' is dependent on the numbers coming on red & green dice , i.e events A & events B respectively. So, event C is dependent on both events A & B.
