Finding out if an exercise is safe needs to determine the fitness level of the exercise and how much it takes to achieve the result of the exercise. The person performing the exercise needs to know their endurance level and if they are able to perform the exercise without injury or illness.

What is the target heart rate zone/range for 12-year-old student?
Solnce55 [7]

Answer:

For moderate-intensity physical activity, your target heart rate should be between 64% and 76%1,2 of your maximum heart rate. You can estimate your maximum heart rate based on your age. To estimate your maximum age-related heart rate, subtract your age from 220. For example, for a 50-year-old person, the estimated maximum age-related heart rate would be calculated as 220 – 50 years = 170 beats per minute (bpm). The 64% and 76% levels would be:

64% level: 170 x 0.64 = 109 bpm, and

76% level: 170 x 0.76 = 129 bpm

Elis [28]
Usually there is a big difference when it comes to the purpose of the medical research. For instance, with forensics, you are attempting to solve passed crimes with DNA found on scenes. However, with medical, you are using DNA to do things for the living, or to help people stay alive. This could range anywhere from organ donations to blood mutations.

I'm going to be a forensics major, so if you have any more questions, PM me!

Hope this helps! <3
