1. Agricultural subsidies can help keep prices down, as they help farmers with the cost of production. This means that the final product is more affordable for consumers.

2. They reduce agricultural imports. This is the main argument for subsidies. By helping farmers, the country can make sure that crops produced in the country are consumed here, instead of becoming dependent on imports from other countries.

3. It can protect farmers when they have a bad season. As farming can be quite volatile, subsidies can work as a sort of emergency relief fund for farms.

enyata [817]
I believe the answer is: If she is confronted in her home.
The fact that the attack occurred in her home indicated that the perpetrator willingly come to her house in order to attack her otherwise the perpetrator wouldn't be in her house in the first place. It would also be a lot helpful if lindsay has a home camera that recorded the fact that the man came to her house willingly.

agasfer [191]

Answer:

b. difference threshold

Explanation:

In psychology, the difference threshold, also known as just noticeable difference, refers to the slightest difference between two stimulations that an individual is able to detect. These stimuli could be, for example, a small difference in the weight or size of two objects, a slight difference in sounds, etc.

In this case, a person is asked to listen to a series of tones presented in pairs, and asked to say whether the tones in each pair are the same or different in pitch. Therefore, the researcher is most likely measuring the individual's difference threshold.
