The answer is fertilization.

Fertilization is the process in which two haploid gametes fuse to create one diploid cell. In this process, male sperm fuses with female egg which creates a zygote. Since they are haploid (n), after fertilization, they will create the zygote which contains chromosomes from the sperm and chromosomes from the egg. The zygote, thus, has two sets of chromosomes, so it is diploid (2n). Please say thank you and leave a comment

Epinephrine has to cross the cell membrane to bind to its receptor in the cytoplasm. True or False
Vinil7 [7]

Answer:

The statement is false.

Explanation:

Epinephrine (also known as adrenaline) is a hormone and a neurotransmitter produced by the adrenal glands, it helps to regulate cellular energy metabolism and increases the heart rate.

Epinephrine adheres to certain receptors that are exposed on the surface of a large number of body cells. This receptor, called beta-adrenergic, is a receptor that is embedded in the plasma membranes of these cells. Adrenaline does not penetrate the cell, instead, joining for a short period of time to its receptor, induces it to release biochemical signals to the cytoplasm of cells. This steric change, affects the configuration of the cytoplasmic domain of the protein, this is the "link" of the receptor that protrudes in the cytoplasm.

What process is responsible for or leads to magma that is intermediate and often variable in chemistry, when erupted in the casc
ozzi
Intermediate magma is also known as andesitic magmas and these are created when an oceanic plate subducts beneath a continental plate. The magma is generated in the wedge of mantle rock beneath the crust. The Cascade Mountain Range is formed due to the subduction of the Juan de Fuca Plate beneath the North American Plate.
