I am not sure behind the science on this, but if I had to guess I would chose false. This is because preventing certain things from happening in the long run can at least do a good job of reducing the chance of something happening, correct? Don’t take my answer as correct right away, do a quick search up on the internet and you should be able to find what your looking for with the science behind it! You got it!
