Can you list 4-5 ways to make sure you get to virtual class on time, everyday?
Yanka [14]

Yes, they are:

1. Go to sleep early so that you can wake up early without having to over-sleep in the morning.

2. Wash your face, and eat breakfast so that your face is clean, and you have enough energy to focus in school.

3. Get your paper, pencils etc, a few minutes before school so that you don't have to waste time during school while doing a test, assignment etc.

4. Don't waste time playing video games before virtual school so that when you are doing your assignment/test you can concentrate instead of thinking about that game.

5. Do your homework at a considerable time of the day so that you don't have to do it in the night and not get enough sleep.

Aimee is constantly worried about her appearance. She is sure that her thighs are too fat, although her friends insist sincerely
Naya [18.7K]

Answer:

Body dissatisfaction

Explanation:

Any eating disorder usually starts with some type of body dissatisfaction. An individual does not feel confident enough about their body and often finds flaws with it. Sometimes the flaws do not even exist and they just psychologically feel it. When this feeling starts to get stronger, the person can take drastic measures to control their weight. Their entire life starts to revolve around their weight.

For example in anorexia nervosa the person tries to reduce their weight by drastically reducing their diet. They might even become dangerously underweight in the process but in their eyes they are still "fat". Aimee shows the above mentioned symptoms of body dissatisfaction since her weight has started to affect her mentality and social life. She feels that she is fat despite continuous reassurance from her friends.
