Okay so we're given:

 Area = x^2 + 5x -84
width = x +12
We need to find length, so for now, let's say length = L

We know Area = Length x Width so filling what we have into this equation...

Area = Length*width

x^2 +5x -84 = L*(x+12)

Divide both sides by (x +12) and you get...

(x^2 +5x-84)/(x+12) = L

Do that division and you get

L = x-7

Let me know if you need help with the polynomial division, there are lots of good videos on it on youtube!

To see if it's a right triangle we need to determine if a²+b²=c²
(\frac{3}{20})² + (\frac{1}{5})² = \frac{1}{4}
\frac{9}{400} + \frac{1}{25} = \frac{1}{16}
\frac{9}{400} + \frac{16}{400} = \frac{25}{400}
\frac{25}{400} = \frac{25}{400}

So it is a right triangle

So line b is (0,0) and (4, -3/2)

slope = m = y2-y1/ x2-x1

= -3/2 - 0 / (4-0 )= -3/8

now using point slope y-y1=m(x-x1)

m=-3/8 and point is (0,0) to make it easier
y-0 = -3/8 (x-0)
y=-3/8x

so we have the first line done, now another line is parallel to line b which means they have the same slope

line 2 has slope = m = -3/8
and point (0,-7)

using point slope again y-y1=m(x-x1)

y- (-7) = (-3/8) (x-0)

y=(-3/8)x -7

hope that helps and is right
