I am working hard towards a high gpa, and PE, being a class that offers 4.0 as the highest grade, will bring my weighted gpa dow

n a bit. taking the class over the summer still affects my gpa, so i want to take it during senior year so colleges wont see it. However, my counselor has not given me a chance to do so. He is forcing me to take it over the summer or next year (10th grade). I couldn't find anything in our school rulebook that allows or prevents this. How can I get him to remove pe from my schedule next year?
