Writing to Explain A circular playground has a flagpole in the center. From the flagpole to the edge of the playground is a dist

ance of 15 feet. What is the circumference of the playground? Use 3.14 for π. Explain how you found your answer.
I asked this question one hour ago already. Nobody answered, so Im asking this question again.

The formula for the circumference is C=2piR (r is radius)

If the flagpole is in the center and it's 15 feet to the edge, that means that 15 feet is the radius. Draw it out, you'll see. Now you plug 15 into the formula, either use a calculator or don't, and solve. You will get
94.2 as your circumference.

C=pi times Radius squared

First input what you know which is C=3.14x15x15
Multiply 15 times 15 which equals 225, so now you have C=3.14x225
Multiply 3.14x225 which gives you the circumference which is 706
So C=706.5
