Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

solution

variables are

Number of shirts made and number of pajamas made

and

constraints are

fabric in yd and time in hr

and

inequalities for the constraints are

we consider here

no of shirt = x

no of pajama = y

so

x ≥ 0 and y ≥ 0

x +2y ≤ 1000

2x  +3y ≤ 1600

A solid pyramid of height 40 cm with a square base of sides 30 cm each is put into a tank of sides 40 cm each. the tank is then
viktelen [127]
So you have to find the volume of the tank, and the volume of the pyramid. Then subtract the volume of the pyramid from that out of the tank. The formula for pyramid is v = lwh/3. For the tank (which is a cube in this case) It's any given side cubed.

40*30*30 = 3600/3=1200cm cubed
40^3 = 6400cm cubed

6400-1200=5200cm^3 of water

(If you don't get this answer then I may have made a calculation error as I did this quickly in my head, just check my answer and yours to see)

Four brother each bought two hotdogs and a bag of chips at the football
jeyben [28]

Answer:

A-$1.65

Step-by-step explanation:

You multiply 1.25 by 4 because each brother bought a bag of chips. Then you subtract that by the total and get $13.20 you divide that by 8 hot dog because each brother got 2 hot dogs. By dividing 8 by the  left over amount from subtracting the chips you get how much each hot dog is worth.
