Answer:

For 36 movies the cost of both the plans is same.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let us assume foe m movies, both the plans cost same.

Now, PLAN A:

Annual Fee = $45

Cost per movie  =  $2.50

⇒The cost of watching m movies  = m x (Cost of 1 movie)

= m x ($2.50) = 2.5  m

So, the total cost of Plan  A  = Annual Fee + Cost of m moves

                                                 = 45 + 2.50 m

PLAN B:

Cost per movie  =  $3.75

⇒The cost of watching m movies  = m x (Cost of 1 movie)

= m x ($3.75) = 3.75  m

ACCORDING TO QUESTION:

for m movies,  Cost of plan A = Cost of plan B

⇒45 + 2.50 m  = 3.75  m

or, 3.75 m  - 2.5 m = 45

or, m  = 45/1.25 = 36

or, m  = 36

Hence, for 36 movies the  cost of  both the plans is same.

Help asap please i don't know the answer lol
Sveta_85 [38]

Answer:

H

Step-by-step explanation:

The parallel line BC divides the sides AD and AE in proportion, that is

\frac{AB}{BD} = \frac{AC}{CE}, that is

\frac{2}{3} = \frac{AC}{4} ( cross- multiply )

3AC = 8 ( divide both sides by 3 )

AC = \frac{8}{3} = 2 \frac{2}{3}, hence

AE = AC + CE

     = 2 \frac{2}{3} + 4 = 6 \frac{2}{3} → H

B = 3m + 2p<br> Work out the value of p when B= 2 and m = 5
GarryVolchara [31]

This is called a "substitution problem" is where you have variable that have defined values and plug them in value calculate the expression.

B = 3m + 2p # Starting equation

2 = (3)(5) + 2p # Substitution

2 = 15 + 2p # Multiplication

-13 = 2p # Subtract 15 from both sides

\frac{-13}{2} = p # Divide both sides from 2

p = \frac{-13}{2} # Use the reflexive property of equality

Hope this helps!

Answer:

  y = -(x+1)^2 +3

Step-by-step explanation:

Translating f(x) left by 1 unit replaces x with x+1.

Translating f(x) up by 3 units replaces f(x) with f(x)+3.

Reflecting f(x) over the x-axis replaces f(x) with -f(x).

__

When y = x^2 is reflected over the x-axis, it becomes ...

  y = -x^2

When y = -x^2 is translated 1 unit left, it becomes ...

  y = -(x +1)^2

When y = -(x+1)^2 is translated 3 units up, it becomes ...

  y = -(x +1)^2 +3
