She would have to buy two sets of 100 copies. (200 copies)
23 * 2 = $46
Sales tax : 46 * 0.08 = $3.68

ALL together : 46 + 2.68 = $48.68

Answer:

She must buy 200 copies, 2 sets of 100.

Total payment=$49,68

Step-by-step explanation:

She plans to send resumes to 123 schools in her county, as the local printer only sells set of 100,  she must  buy 2 sets

She must pay:

Set of 100,  each $23

She need 2 ,  so is $23 x 2=$46

Taxes=$46*8% =$3,68

Total payment= $46+$3,68=$49,68

ioda
Answer: $ 48

Explanation:

1) kw-h is a measure electric energy consumption.

2) The cost of electric energy is considered proportional to the number of kw-h (kilo watts - hour) consumed. Thi is:

 cost------- = constant = unit cost = 0.40 $/kw-h
kw-h

3) Then, the total cost is the total number of kw-h times the unit cost. This is:

8 h × 15,000 watts × 1 kw / 1,000 watts × 0.40 $ / kw-h = $48.

That is the cost to charge the robot each night
