Answer;

Ingestion of food.

Secretion of fluids and digestive enzymes.

Mixing and movement of food and wastes through the body.

Digestion of food into smaller pieces.

Absorption of nutrients.

Excretion of wastes.

Explanation;

The digestive tract (alimentary canal) is a continuous tube with two openings: the mouth and the anus. It includes the mouth, pharynx, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine.

The treatment of food in the digestive system involves; ingestion, propulsion, secretion, mechanical digestion, chemical digestion, absorption and defecation.

The function of the digestive system is digestion and absorption. Digestion is the breakdown of food into small molecules, which are then absorbed into the body.

The answer is : ingestion and digestion ; propulsion and secretion ; absorption and elimination

Digestive system will receive and digest food to make the molecule smaller. After the molecule become small, it could be absorbed by the body. The waste that couldn't be digested and absorbed will be eliminated as feces. Some of the waste from the body like bilirubin would be dumped through feces too.
