What is your opinion? Should judges be guided by a philosophy of judicial activism or judicial restraint
Sonja [21]

Answer:

In my opinion, the judges should be guided by judicial restraint

Explanation:

In sharing more light on why judges should adopt the judicial restraint while adjudicating on a case is because it will avert all judges to follow what the law says while delivering judgment on any case that they dealing on. This form of restraint enables direction and control over any form of arbitrary use of privileges that a judge might use in handling of cases. It leads comportment and respect for the constitution because no judgement will be giving out of what it is stated in the constitution.

However, it must be stated that judicial activism should be not be use as a guide because it might resulted into abuse use of power by judges which my deny fear hearing. Imaging a Judge delivering judgment because he or she do not like your face.

. What is the matter with the following claim: The good is good because of what it does for you.
katovenus [111]

Answer and explanation:

  • <em>"The good is good because of what it does for you"</em>

Following this quote, I'd say that whoever pointed this out was following a logical way of thinking, stating that if good things happen to us then we will be receveing a possitive outcome. That's correct. But not every single action humans do are good, or morally correct, and sometimes even when action wrong, we receive good outcomes. So that's why we say there is injustice in this world or question ourselves on why do good things happen to bad people.

Affirmate things happening to us depends on the things we do. Our course of actions must have a positive outcome for it to be considered “good” ones. Let's say we do something that we think is right, but when results start showing we realise the opposite thing; a negative outcome.
