First integer            x
the next integer    x+1
The sum:
                     x+x+1 = 2x + 1

product of multiply any number by 2 is always an even number

so 2x is an even number and 2x+1 is the next number past number 2x.

It means the number 2x+1 is odd

In-s [12.5K]

Answer:

The null hypothesis will be that the average annual donor income is less or equal to $ 100,000

Step-by-step explanation:

The claim is mostly treated as alternate hypothesis .

In this question the claim is given as the average annual donor income has increased therefore it is written as

Ha: u > 100,000

The null hypothesis is reverse of the alternate hypothesis

H0: u ≤ 100,000

The null hypothesis will be that the average annual donor income is less or equal to $ 100,000

Ann [662]

After 7 years fund balance will be $2152336.05 if the philanthropist pledges to donate 10% of a fund each year.

<h3>What is an exponential function?</h3>

It is defined as the function that rapidly increases and the value of the exponential function is always a positive. It denotes with exponent. \rm y = a^x

where a is a constant and a>1

We have:

A philanthropist pledges to donate 10% of a fund each year.

We can find the amount left after 7 years as follows:

A = 450000(1 - 0.1)⁷

10% of a fund each year.

Rate r = 10% = 0.1

A = 450000(0.9)⁷

A = $2152336.05

Thus, after 7 years fund balance will be $2152336.05 if the philanthropist pledges to donate 10% of a fund each year.
