Well, 1 = 100%. (it's a whole)
So 2 = 200%

 400 cm ^ 3 ---------------> 100%
 800 cm ^ 3 --------------> x
 From here, we clear the value of x.
 We have then:
 $x = (800/400) * (100) x = 200$ Answer:
