The ileo-cecal (I-C) valve or sphincter controls the passage of digestive material from the Ileum (small intestine) into the cecum (large intestine).
I think the answer is C, because repeating an experiment would mean the result is more accurate when done more then once. i learned this in around 7th grade, I hope it helps! (:
