If Anita exercises for 20 minutes on her lunch break that means 20*5= 100 min.

Similarly if she exercises for 30 minutes after she is done with work that means she exercises for 30*5= 150 minutes.

Similarly if she exercises for 35 minutes on the weekends that means she exercises for 35*2= 70 minutes.

Adding all this time up makes a total of 320 minutes. Now dividing 320 by 60 we get approximately 5.3 hours/ week.

amid [387]
The body already produces enough protein to get by just fine. However, many people think athletes "use up" too much protein and faster than they gain it back, but that is not true because the body regulates homeostasis. I hope I helped :)

When the jobs become stressful for people, they tend to switch from that job to a job which pay them less but is less stressful. This was found in a recent national survey of US adults, which showed that 52% of people switch their highly paying stressful jobs with less paying less stressful jobs.

So Candice switched her job after 12 years to a less stressful job which paid her less but she was mentally satisfied and fulfilled.
