If Anita exercises for 20 minutes on her lunch break that means 20*5= 100 min.

Similarly if she exercises for 30 minutes after she is done with work that means she exercises for 30*5= 150 minutes.

Similarly if she exercises for 35 minutes on the weekends that means she exercises for 35*2= 70 minutes.

Adding all this time up makes a total of 320 minutes. Now dividing 320 by 60 we get approximately 5.3 hours/ week.
