Hi!

The schedule which is most effective for maintaining behavior over the long term is C) Variable Ratio

This schedule consists in the reinforcement of a given behavior after a variable number of desired responses. This produces the highest behavior maintaining. This type of schedule is used in Slot Machines, Video game tokens,  and bonuses to salespersons. Behavior reinforced through this schedule is the hardest to extinguish, explaining the difficulty of recovering from ludopathy (adiction to gambling).

Describe two important functions of political parties in united states elections
vivado [14]
Political parties perform an important task in government. They bring people together to achieve control of the government, develop policies favorable to their interests or the groups that support them, and organize and persuade voters to elect their candidates to office. Although very much involved in the operation of government at all levels, political parties are not the government itself, and the Constitution makes no mention of them.<span>

GalinKa [24]

Answer:

The answer is that  The property taxes in the first district are lower than the property taxes in the second district.

Explanation:

Money from property tax is used for many important local programs such as roads, schools, firefighters, police and etc. Since the property tax is lower, less money can be distributed among various services which leads in this case to a decrepit state of schools. Lack of funding prevents renovation and air conditioning of the school.
