An angle bisector is one that cuts an angle into two equal halves.

bearing in mind that a degree has 60 minutes and a minute has 60 seconds, so then 171°30' is just 171 degrees and 30 minutes.

let's halve each, 171 ÷ 2 = 85.5°, so 85.5° is really 85° and half of another degree, let's recall that a degree has 60 minutes, so half of a degree is just half of 60 minutes, namely 30 minutes, so 85.5° is really 85°30'.

let's halve the 30 minutes now, half of 30 is 15, so 15 minutes is its half.

now let's add both halves together, 85°30' plus 15', 85°45'.

85.75° or 85°45'

You have 171°30' so you just cut it in half. 171°30' is the same as 171.5°. 171.5 divided by 2 is 85.75. There's your answer.

How to know if a problem is permutation or combination?
vredina [299]
If the order matters it is a permutation. For example: if you are selecting 3 people to be on a committee it doesn't matter what order you select them, but if you're selecting three people to be president, vice president, and secretary the order in which you choose them matters the first person being president, the second person being vice president, and the third person be secretary

i.e. ;

7.23 = 7

3.33 = 3

8.89 = 9

14.56 = 15

26.91 = 27

A regression was run to determine if there is a relationship between hours of tv watched per day (x) and the number of situps a
Kazeer [188]

Answer:

The number of situps is: 16.4405

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

y = ax + b

a =-1.077

b=30.98

r^2 = 0.74476

Required

Predict y when x = 13.5

In the result, we have:

y = ax + b

a =-1.077

b=30.98

This implies that:

y = -1.077x + 30.98

To make prediction when x = 13.5

We have:

y = -1.077*13.5 + 30.98

y = -14.5395 + 30.98

y = 16.4405
