Answer:

Temperature is an essential aspect in any experiment as it can affect the various variables of the experiment. It can affect the result and outcomes of an experiment as per the interaction various molecules shows with the temperature.

In molecular biology related experiments that deals with the protein related experiments are also effected by the temperature as enzymatic reactions are slow on low temperature and proteins are also act like enzymes. On high temperature protein may lead to increase in collisions of the molecules of protein and fasten the enzymatic reaction and may lead to degrade the protein.

When comparing liver cells and kidney cells within an organism, many differences can be observed and documented. Which of follow
Paladinen [302]

Answer:

Option E is not true

Explanation:

All living cells are made up of genetic material (DNA). The DNA sequence in the same organism is same for all the cells of that organism. The difference in the cells is that the genes on the DNA sequence are not expressed at the same time. Some of the genes are silenced while others are expressed during gene regulation. This allows each cell to perform its specific function.

During the animal's development, the cell differentiates to produce the different kinds of cell the organism contains. This differentiation is as a result of expression and silencing of some genes on the same DNA sequence. Hence, different genes are expressed in the different cells which ultimately leads to production of different proteins.

But the DNA is the same across all cells in the organism.

VLD [36.1K]
Base-Pairing. The bases in DNA do not pair randomly. ... The base-pairing rules state that A will always bind to T, and G will always bind to C (Figure below). For example,if one DNA strand reads ATGCCAGT, the other strand will be made up of thecomplementary bases: TACGGTCA
