Answer:

Temperature is an essential aspect in any experiment as it can affect the various variables of the experiment. It can affect the result and outcomes of an experiment as per the interaction various molecules shows with the temperature.

In molecular biology related experiments that deals with the protein related experiments are also effected by the temperature as enzymatic reactions are slow on low temperature and proteins are also act like enzymes. On high temperature protein may lead to increase in collisions of the molecules of protein and fasten the enzymatic reaction and may lead to degrade the protein.

Propose an explanation for why DNA is transcribed
into RNA rather than directly into a proteins
Nady [450]
DNA has to be transcribed into RNA because not only can dna not leave the nuclear for translation at the ribosomes
Also for translation to occur the codons on the mRNA match up with the codons on the tRNA which is connected to the amino acids forming the chain

Which term would describe bacteria that cannot synthesize their own food energy?
zalisa [80]
A very useful term to describe Bacteria that can't synthesize their own food energy is called a Heterotroph. A Heterotroph relies on other organisms for nutrition, whether plant or animals. There are two types of Heterotrophs: Photoheterotroph and Chemoheterotroph. Photoheterotrophs use light for energy,but can't use carbon dioxide as their carbon source. They get their carbon from compounds such as carbohydrates, fatty acids, and alcohol. Chemoheterotrophs get thteir energy by oxidation of preformed organic compounds such as animals, fungi, bacteria and almost all pathogens.

2.Exercise: Improves the immunity and strength of the body muscles.

3.Clothing: Clean and loose fit clothes do not affect the health of the skin. They also do not restrict the flow blood in the body.

4. Drinking water: A habit of drinking a cup of water once in an hour keeps the body hydrated and reduces the chances of getting a headache.

What are the stages of labor and delivery?
Lina20 [59]

The correct answer is C. Dilation, strong contractions, and delivery of the baby and the placenta

Explanation:

Labor and delivery is divided into three main stages: the first stage includes the latent phase in which cervical dilation begins (3 to 5 cm) along with mild contractions and the active phase in which strong contractions occur along with complete or almost complete dilation; the second phase is the fetus expulsion or delivery in which the cervix is fully dilated and the baby is born; and the third stage is the delivery or expulsion of the placenta that occurs as the placenta separates from the uterus and is expulsed through mild contractions. Thus, stages of labor and delivery are dilation, strong contractions, and delivery of the baby and the placenta.

A DNA molecule with a total of 1500 nucleotides has 300 cytosines. How many thymines does the DNA molecule have?
Sergeu [11.5K]

The DNA molecules will have 450 thymines if a DNA molecule has a total of 1500nucleotides

A DNA molecule also known as deoxyribonucleic acid is made up of a double helix.

The DNA molecule with a total of 1500 nucleotides will contain 750 cytosine and Thymines and 750 guanines and adenine.

Hence we can have the expression:

C + T = 750

If there are 300 cytosines, hence;

300 + T = 750

T = 750 - 300

T = 450

This shows that the DNA molecules will have 450 thymines
