Revenue is the states annual income from which public expenses are met. The government has various sources of income which includes excise duties, taxation among other sources. A part from local taxes and fees which are used to fund the counties and cities, state and federal funds as source of revenues makes up about a third of most municipal revenues. A federal fund is an award of financial assistance from federal agency to a recipient to carry out public support purposes as authorized by the states law.
Federal District Judge Robert Warren issued a temporary restraining order that prohibited a monthly magazine called “The Progressive” from publishing an article that would describe how a hydrogen bomb works.
The Judge argued that the First Amendment was not absolute and unlimited and that the article would cause panic.
