Blaming others is not an important characteristic of good mental and emotional health. All other options are components of good mental and emotional health and bring positive feelings. Independence because it makes you feel free and self-satisfied, sense of belonging because it makes you feel safe and not alone and high self-esteem because it makes you appreciate yourself. Blaming others is a negative characteristic which is bad for your mental health.
