If a president Veto’s a bill, then a two-thirds or greater vote is needed in both the House of Reps and the Senata to override the veto. If there is a 2/3’s vote, then they have successfully vetoed the bill and the bill will then become a law. If they aren’t successful, then the bill will “die” and will not become a law.
