Answer:

True.

Explanation:

Water is constantly moving in a cycle between atmosphere and soil, through the water cycle.

Water is constantly moving in a cycle between atmosphere and soil, through the water cycle. The water cycle, also known as the hydrologic cycle, refers to the continuous movement that water makes through the physical environment and the living beings of the ecosystem, passing through the atmosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere and biosphere. It is therefore an important biogeochemical cycle that makes this indispensable natural resource constantly in the environment.

Describe the effects that the speed of an exercise has on the intensity of cardiovascular exercise
ankoles [38]

The speed of an exercise has a lot to do with the intensity of cardiovascular exercise.

The more the speed of an exercise is the greater intensity of the workout is and the more you sweat. However after a certain time you get fatigued and tired out.

For example, if you had planned to do an exercise for 30 minutes and you increase the speed of the exercise then probably you might not be able to complete the 30 mins as youll get fatigued before that time due to the high intensity.
