How does oxygen concentration affect the fish that live in a pond

Biology

Oxygen concentration plays a role in the fish by helping them breathe. Without enough oxygen, the fish would die. However, if there is too much oxygen it could be a sign of too much algae, which hurts fish in the long run, because too much unbalance in an ecosystem is actually really harmful, in the way it will start polluting the water by blocking out sunlight and warmth and cause too many disruptions in the natural order. It can also cause diseases.

Identify the mRNA sequence and orientation
bearhunter [10]

Answer:

The non- template strand will have the same sequence as the mRNA except, Thymine, T, will be replaced by Uracil, U, in the mRNA. The orientation will also be the same.

Hence, the mRNA sequence will be

5' AUGCCAGUCAUC 3'

This is because both the non- template strand and the mRNA are complementary to the template strand. Hence, they will have the same orientation as well as sequence except for thymine and uracil.
