Answer:

True

Explanation:

It's True

There can be phases of sleep, one of them is the phase of REM or Rapid Eye Movement, once we reach this stage of active sleep, and our muscles lose tonality, making it very difficult to maintain a sitting position. Our shoulders continue to stretch or slip to the other side as we sit upright, which can cause pain. There are also other concerns but it should also be remembered that an adult needs to sleep upright under certain circumstances.

Under which category of crimes does failure to act as per one’s legal duties fall?
Marina86 [1]

The correct answer would be Omission.

Indeed, if the person who failed to act had the legal duties to do it (like a police officer or a doctor). This is considered a crime of omission since there was mens rea (guilty mind in Latin); meaning that the offender knew that failure to act despite his established duty would result in injury to the other party.

A franchise where the franchiser provides a few general guidelines and more independence to the franchisee is known as a:_______
Taya2010 [7]

A franchise where the franchiser provides a few general guidelines and more independence to the franchisee is known as a: Product Distribution Franchise.

Product distribution franchises only market the franchisor's goods in their geographic region, acting as a supplier or dealer. They give more independence to the franchisee. The franchisor does not offer the entire system for operating the firm; rather, they merely licence their name and logo.

Product distribution franchises or single operator franchises are types of franchise models that concentrate on people who are engaged in the business of selling goods or rendering services in a particular trade or sector.

The franchisor will provide you permission to utilise their name and trademarks, give you the attire and tools you need to effectively represent the brand, and provide you with continuing assistance.

BEST ANSWER GETS BRAINLIEST!!!
vodka [1.7K]
I know a Puerto Rican family that is very in touch with their culture and roots but has also adapted greatly to American culture of the present day. For example the lingo such as “ No cap, on jah, duh, and bet “ are frequently used even though it’s not proper English nor is it something they would usually say unless around other Americans. I also know a family that is separated and throws two separate birthday parties for their children, as well as refusing to spend any holidays together. I think this is a good example of how culture in todays age is very much self centered and no one cares about traditional American family values anymore. I hope this help! I am in desperate need of brainliest lol.
