Correct answer choice is :

B) Finding friends who like to exercise the same way you do

Explanation:

Newcomers, as well as more old athletes, will see the biggest advantages if they work out three to four times a week. The foremost thing is that you catalog a rest day between the various concourses. You should take at least one day off after two back-to-back days of health coaching.

Answer:

B.finding friends who like to exercise the same way you do

Explanation:

Not mandatory, or not necessary are two very close things, finding friedns that like to exercise the same way as you do could be important and helpful on your exercising habits, but without this you can still go out and exercise, if you do not check with the doctor first which exercises can harm you, you could injure yourself, as well as when not using appropraite protective equipment or clothing that is designed to match your exercise, so the only one that is not necessary would be B.finding friends who like to exercise the same way you do

How to saturated triglycerides compare to unsaturated triglycerides in how tightly they pack together?based on this information,
sertanlavr [38]
Triglycerides are fats. Saturated fats are solid at room temperature while unsaturated fats are liquid at room temperature. This is because these two kinds of fats differ in their chemical structure. Saturated fats do not have double bonds between the molecules which means there are no gaps and the fat is saturated with hydrogen molecules. Because there are no gaps, these fats tend to pack more closely together. Unsaturated fats have double bonds which break up the chain of hydrogen molecules and create gaps allowing them to pack loosely and can thus liquefy at room temperature.
