Answer:

Chimpanzees are genetically closest to humans, and in fact, chimpanzees share about 98.6% of our DNA. We share more of our DNA with chimpanzees than with monkeys or other groups, or even with other great apes! We also both play, have complex emotions and intelligence, and a very similar physical makeup.

Answer:

Image 2 shows how new species evolve from existing species during evolution. A new species does not replace an ancestral species as soon as it evolves. The ancestral species may continue to survive, or it may eventually become extinct. So, the second image depicts the process of evolution accurately. Image 1 suggests that primates evolved directly into humans, which is not accurate.

A science teacher wants to use a line graph to model the relationship between the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere and the
natali 33 [55]

Answer:

A)

global temperature increasing as CO2 concentration increases

Explanation:

Global warming is the progressive increase in the temperature of the earth's atmosphere. Global warming is caused by an increase in the concentration of greenhouse gases e.g CO2, chlorofluorocarbons etc. These greenhouse gases, in which carbondioxide is an important example, are capable of trapping heat in order to keep the earth warm.

Howeever, as the concentration of CO2 and other greenhouse gases increase in the atmosphere, the earth's atmospheric temperature also increases above normal, causing Global warming.

In this case, the science teacher's graph will show that global temperature is increasing as CO2 concentration increases.

The most important agent of chemical weathering is _____. nitrogen oxide sulfur carbonic acid water
NeTakaya

The three important agents which are involved in chemical weathering are –water,, carbon dioxide and oxygen. Among the three most important chemical weathering agent is water. With a simple formula H2O, the two hydrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom.  This structure of water gives it a polar molecule property due to which it can polarize itself into negative and positive poles. The hydrogen is the positive pole with (+1) charge while the oxygen is the negative pole with (-2) charge and they attract ions opposite to their charge numbers. This exerts a molecular force on the surrounding molecules and they dissociate to get polarized and form new molecule. This process is called hydrolysis where a mineral is dissolved in water and ions from the minerals are carried away. These elements undergo the process of leaching.
