Go with letter C is kind of hard to explain it how I did but I try to do the best I could are the answers be because each state represents if there's more people going to vote by thinking Republican or Democrat and that number of electoral votes the number of the of the people or the candidate who gets the number of highest electoral votes wins for president or whatever and blue represents Democrat the red represents Republican that's what they're thinking it'll be but that's just by the how many electrical votes each state has to prove who the president is going to be
