Answer: internal locus of control; external locus of control

Explanation: Locus of control is an aspect of personality which explains the degree to which people believe that they have control over the outcome of their lives, as opposed to external forces. Divided into the internal and external loci of control, the internal simply explains that the events of one's life, good or bad, would be attributed to their own efforts (this was shown by Ryan for he believes he is responsible for his actions) while the external locus of control supports a belief that the individual is helpless, without blame, and not in control of one's successes and failures (this was shown by Michael with his whatever goes attitude).

One way congress can limit the president’s power of executive appointment is by
svet-max [94.6K]

In a system of check and balance, the government has three different branches. All of them hold specific powers, and they all check each other. The three branches are: The legislative Power, which is the Congress. The Judicial Power which is represented by the Supreme Court. And lastly the Executive Power which is the President.

The President has the power of vetoing a law passed by the Congress. However, one way in which Congress can limit the President's  power of executive appointment is by checking his/her decision with a 2/3 majority of the votes. This will override the veto done previously by the President.
