The labeled angles form a vertical pair. Vertical angles are congruent to one another, so

$-26+4x=3x+2$

Then you just solve for $x$.

$-26+4x-3x=3x-3x+2\implies-26+x=2$

$-26+26+x=2+26\implies x=28$
