The perimeter of the square is 8 x 4 or 32 cm.
The perimeter of the rectangles would also be 32 cm then.
Perimeter of Rectangle = 2L x 2W
P= 2(3) +2L
32= 6 +2L
2L= 26
L= 13 cm
The area of the rectangle would be L x W
A= L x W
A= 13  x 3

A= 39 cm
