P(x\leq1)=P(0)+P(1)\\\\=^3C_0(0.03)^0(0.97)^3+^3C_1(0.03)^1(0.97)^2\\\\=(0.97)^3+(0.03)^1(0.97)^2=0.9409=94.09\%

Hence, the chance that no more than one component is defected in a computer set is 94.09% .
