Well I do not know what activity you chose but warming up your muscles before and workout helps loosen them up and help reduce straining and tight muscles during physical activity. Doing a cool down is the same as warming up. Cool down loosens up the muscles since they have been worked and stressed during an exercise.

Hope this helps!

It depends on what the exercises you did in the warm-up and cool down were and what activity you did whether it was ride a bike, jog or swim. Depending on what the activity was think about some benefits that you felt afterwards. Did you feel happy after exercising? Did you feel less tired? Include whatever benefits you felt from whatever you did.

Probably the last one. It's the least realistic way to make your body healthy. If you are going to do exercise and make yourself healthy, friends would be helpful in that process and exercising is definitely a good way to be healthy.
