Video calling a friend could improve your mental health because during these times some might be lonely. When you’re lonely you might have thoughts that you drown in so you need someone to talk too. It helps you not stay so locked inside because the stress builds up. If stress builds up it could lead to a panic attack or something worse. It’s always a go to because you should know they’ll always be there and help you and talk to you.
