Hey there! :D

Most good electrical conductors are metal. Actually, rubber is used around wires as an insulator to help the current stay in a direct flow. Wood and plastic don't handle current very well, as it will most likely burn the wood and melt the plastic.

"D" Copper is the best answer.

I hope this helps!

A fish can travel 30km/h in still water. How long will it take to arrive 12km downstream in a river flowing 6km/h?
kodGreya [7K]
30 + 6 = 36

36/12 = 3

So, it would take it 3 hours to go 12 kms downstream.

Note that we added 30 and 6 because it was going downstream. If it was going upstream, then we would have had to subtract.

You're conducting a physics experiment on another planet. You drop a rock from a height of 2.1 m and it hits the ground 0.6 seco
umka21 [38]

The formula to use is the one that connects the acceleration,
the distance fallen, and the time spent falling:

         Distance = 1/2 a T² .

You said  2.1 meters in 0.6 second .

                                                         2.1 m              = 1/2 a  (0.6 sec)²

Multiply each side by  2 :                  4.2 m              =       a (0.6 sec)²

Divide each side by (0.6 sec)² =     (4.2/0.36) m/s² =        a

                                                         a = (11 and 2/3) m/s²

                                        (about 19% more than Earth's gravity)
