To solve this, first we have to assume ratios.

Real Height / Shadow = 56 / 49
Real Height / 28 = 56 / 49
49 * h = 56 * 28
49h = 1568

Then, we have to divide both sides by 9
h = 32

Therefore, the obelisk is 32 ft
